這是首期將欄目訂為「Internet Spotlight」的內容，同時也是我首次需要依從雜誌社的供稿格式寫作，初時實在用了不少時間去適應，但後來文章寫得越來越快，固定格式實在幫助不少。據說當時此欄目因是後來少出現，所以設計也是額外弄出來的，也是當時唯一一期有背景的欄目。
