[多圖]波仔叮菜? 蠔油白菜仔食記

本來我沒有想過要在這兒寫食記的,不過是次經歷實在有趣,實在忍不住要和大家分享。
有時我們上班,為了爭取時間而吃吃快餐,多肉少菜實在難以避免。以前我無需坐車就能夠從公司走回家吃飯,如今坐車要超過半個小時,適應期實在想不到的長~覓食總是跟著同事到處走,最近就適逢晚上要工作,就和同事一起到附近的波仔專門店買些微波爐食物。
波仔由最初在超級市場、便利店擺放食物,到後來有自家店舖,仍能保持質素,實在難得~店內就是一大個雪櫃放著不同款式的微波爐食物這樣子,旁邊有個雪櫃放飲品…慢著,怎麼有個奇怪的包裝?看到那包「蠔油白菜仔」和「椒絲腐乳通菜」,我呆了一呆,然後拿著一盒椒鹽豬扒炒丁和一包蠔油白菜仔到收銀機前…店員還不忘提醒我要一併拿蠔油汁。
回到公司就先處理椒鹽豬扒炒丁,把整個紙盒放到微波爐叮夠六分鐘(包裝寫800w五分鐘,但我不知道公司微波爐火力有多大,只管弄久一點)結果豬扒炒丁還可以吧,不過濕濕的椒鹽總覺得有點怪,看來同事的雞脾飯比較吸引 🙂
然後來個重頭戲,叮白菜仔!由於真的沒有叮菜的經驗,所以今次是完全跟足指示處理。
包裝聲稱白菜仔已經洗淨,可以安心食用;並指示只需原包叮夠四分鐘就能食用。原來它是密封膠袋包裝,原理就是靠裡面的一點點水份把菜弄熟。這次我怕它會爆開,所以就依足指示,只叮四分鐘。
四分鐘過後,它變成一個熱鼓鼓的氣球 🙂 嘗試依指示在缺口撕開,但有點困難,結果還是用剪刀搞定。
將蠔油汁倒進去,筷子拌一下…
完成!
買回來時以為它會像沙律,吃起來卻真的像平日出外吃的烚菜啊!想到這個煮法的人真的不簡單。不過下次我會多加半分鐘加熱時間,因為總覺得不夠熱,也許是因為蠔油汁太冷的關係吧。
後來從網上抓資料,原來波仔已經推出微波爐菜一段時日,除此之外還有碗仔翅和甜品,一次過吃不完那麼多東西,還是下回再試 XD
ps.這樣的一個菜索價十二元,值不值得見仁見智,不過吃菜總好過用同樣價錢飲一杯「有半個生菜纖維」的胚芽好立克吧?我總覺得胚芽好立克其實是份子料理…
